When I first began this course I was not very familiar with google docs, Windows Movie Maker, or the editing that would go along with making a video. This course was very overwhelming to me at first and I did not know how my final outcome would be. I began working and collaborating with my team in Google Docs, which was very helpful. We were able to plan out every detail of our project at our own pace without the back and forth of emails. Our project changed as we began to get deeper into it and google docs made the change very easy for us to document. I think our project did not turn out exactly as originally planned, but I think the final project is even a little better. We did not include all of the shots we had originally discussed because the video would have been much too long, but the outcome was smooth and overall a great video. Not only have these programs been great for this project, but I think they will be great to bring to the classroom as well. Now that I am familiar with the programs it will be easy for me to show others how to use them and how to incorporate them into the classroom. I have learned many things in this course and I have been successful at completing all of my assignments in a timely fashion. I have relied some on my team members, but overall I have learned so much through my own discoveries as well.
